The anticipation of Trails Series fans in the global region has recently been tested even more when publisher Clouded Leopard Entertainment has announced the release of the PC version for The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki 2. The sequel to the new original series that started the Calvard country arc has coincidentally been released earlier. on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 a few months ago for the Japan region, before finally fans can also enjoy the Korean and Chinese language versions which will also be available on Steam. Through the latest announcement, The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki 2 -CRIMSON SiN- PC version will be released on January 26, 2023. The game is only available for the wishlist, but there is information on the benchmark price at KRW 79,200 or around IDR 1 million for the standard version and KRW 109,500 or around IDR 1.3 million for the Deluxe version. Later, after the release, players in all regions including Indonesia can buy it freely, just as a reminder, the game will not be available in English.
Unfortunately for players who are waiting for a global release, they have to be more patient, because currently the publisher NIS America is still busy preparing The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie, which will be released in July 2023. Only after that can they finally start preparing the localization for the first series Kuro no Kiseki, so our prediction is that this new game will get a global release in 2025 at the earliest.
The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki 2 itself is already available for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, but for the time being the release has only received localization for Japanese, Chinese and Korean only. Meanwhile, for the global version, you may still have to wait longer, especially next year, the new fans will get Trails into Reveria before finally being followed by the first series, Kuro no Kiseki.
