Game Amnesia The Bunker has released a new half-minute trailer that reveals a lot of information, starting from the tense and terrifying atmosphere shown by the visuals and audio, which players can easily feel. What’s the trailer like? Come on, let’s find out together!
Amnesia The Bunker Releases New Short Trailer
This new trailer shows off the fourth short gameplay trailer since The Bunker was first announced at the end of November last year. The first three gameplay clips show off the various types of equipment or weapons that players can use. Some of them are revolvers with slow reload times, crank-powered flashlights and flares that are pulled using a rope to light up.
Stories in the Era of World War I
Amnesia The Bunker itself is set in the era of World War I where the protagonist is told to investigate a dark and mysterious underground network. The latest trailer features footage that leads to a hole in the concrete wall that appears to be dug by a monstrous entity whose roars can be heard at the end of the trailer.
Not only that, the trailer also shows a rundown room with scattered bullet casings, blood spots on the floor and a war troop helmet with half of the owner’s brain left in it. It is not known what supernatural entities the players will fight against, but whatever it is, terror is one word that will surely envelop the player’s playing session.
Before The Bunker, There Were Three Other Amnesia Games
Prior to Amnesia The Bunker, Frictional Games as the developer/publisher released three Amnesia games. The first was Amnesia: The Dark Descent which was released in 2010 and was considered one of the most horrific new survival horror IPs at that time.
Its indirect sequel, Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, was released three years later, but was sadly not a hit. In 2020, a new Amnesia game, Amnesia: Rebirth, was released and again received many positive reviews.
